Ashley is the calmest coolest manager around and she runs the office here on Pullman St Worcester on most days ... Clean building and great location for a storage unit business ... There's a huge private parking lot and also numerous spots at each entrance for active loading

I'm happy that I chose 10x Self Storage. The facility is in a nicer area of Worcester, very clean, on-site parking, easy access, and great prices! We didn't know what to expect when we walked in there but Ashley was amazing! She was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and made the process quick and easy. Ashley was also very thorough with explaining the pricing and storage options. We were unsure what size we needed and she even went out of her way to show us a unit so we knew for sure that was the option we wanted. When I decided to get a storage unit, Ashley was very easy to reach, guided me through the right choice for size and when I had follow up questions I always received a prompt response. This storage unit is very clean, great location, easy loading/unloading area and plenty of carts always available.

We had a storage unit for our non-profit organization. The staff was always helpful and responsive and the location clean and well maintained. Over the last year, we have worked with the manager, Ashley, and she has been great.

I rented a medium-sized storage unit here for just over half a year. The facility is climate controlled, very clean, and secure. I found that the price per month was rather fair when compared with big-name facilities in the area. The customer service here is high quality, too. I highly recommend storing your belongings here.

Awesome storage facility. I've been using the one on Pullman St Worcester for over 3 years. Very convenient location, they provide carts and such for moving items to and from storage locker is a major plus. Couldn't be more happier. Very clean facility as well.

We were so pleased with our storage solutions at 10X. Going into a move, we were nervous leaving our household goods in storage, but the facilities were clean, dry and bright. There are plenty of dollies to use for transport between your car and your unit which made our lives easier. Ashley made the process easy for us and was super communicative throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!

I had never rented storage space before. I had no idea what it should cost, how much space to rent or anything related. Ashley was awesome. She walked me through the process, showed me my options and walked me through the facility. She explained the concept of temperature control and the importance of and proper procedure for securing my property. She has accommodated changes over the length of my stay and literally made sure I was safe inside the building. There might be other less expensive options out there but you don’t get Ashley with them. She makes all the difference!

I highly recommend 10x Self Storage in Worcester. Ashley is a true gem; incredible communication, friendly, and loves the community. The facility is top-notch: Tons of parking, incredibly well lit, wide hallways, super clean, plenty of hand trucks and dollies, bathrooms are made available and always clean, and.......they even provide access to coffee!!! The other unit renters are courteous; always returning the hand trucks/dollies to the staging locations. I not only have my personal storage unit there, but I also moved my business's unit there and couldn't be happier.

I have been a customer of 10X Storage in Worcester for about 2-1/2 years now. It’s in a great location (right next to Price Chopper if you need to do last minute shopping on your way home!!). The units are temperature controlled and the staff is very pleasant, especially Ashley who is a sweetheart.

Storage access was easy and fast, just what our company needed at the time. Laura was excellent in helping us get set up initially. Ashley was very accommodating as well. Recommend to anyone in the area with climate control storage needs.

The change from my previous storage facility is worth it's weight in gold. The availability of multiple carts made the move in easy, and the service to set up was seamless.

We were remodeling our basement and needed a storage unit. I looked around and no other place in the area is indoor, climate controlled, although other places charge about the same amount per month. I highly recommend this storage facility; my neighbors already took my advice and have their own storage unit. Convenient access and professional/courteous staff. If I ever need a storage unit again, I would go back to 10X without question. A+A+A+A+

This is the second time we have stored with 10xSelf Storage in Worcester. The fascility is always very clean and light and the people in the office very helpful. My only complaint is that the music played throughout constantly is much too loud and frantic, perhaps to keep people from staying too long - it does achieve that goal but is very exhausting if trying to concentrate. It would not keep me from storing here, however.

I had a great experience at 10x - their facilities are top notch, and they run an honest business. The facility I used (Pullman Street in Worcester) was staffed regularly, always spotlessly clean, climate controlled, and the staff was always responsive with questions. Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better. I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with way more benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage). I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.

When looking for a storage unit, my concerns were temperature control, 24 hr access with security, ease of accessibility and of courses, cost. 10x Self Storage has all of that and more. It's totally convenient location, cleanliness and best of all courteous, easy to work with staff. I would highly recommend 10x Self Storage to anyone.

Took a large storage unit for six months. Lots of parking and easy access loading dock. Temp control for units is great, the building (including bathroom) are immaculately kept up. Staff accommodating and helpful. Easy access to highways. We felt safe with our items in the unit and would rent from 10x again if needed. Thanks!

The business is well run with courteous employees and fair priced with student rates for the summer. The facilities are very clean and we have always felt safe, even when moving at night time. I own a moving company and have moved many peoples belongings to hundreds of self storage facilities throughout New England. I needed self storage for myself and chose 10X self storage in Worcester because when I visited their facility it was nothing like other facilities I’ve been in. This place is state of the art secure, extremely clean and very well maintained. Michael the manager there is unbelievably helpful. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this guy is. At the drop of hat, if you need anything, he’s there to help and never asks for additional anything. My experience here has been amazing and I plan on referring all my customers in need of storage space to this location. If I could give Michael and this business more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!!
