The customer service representative (William), provided excellent service during both of my visits. He explained everything clearly and concisely, and the facilities were exceptionally clean and easily accessible.

Was super easy to get a unit - had called they referred me to the website to do it all online had my unit all set in matter of minutes perfect for my needs

This is a great facility. Very clean and nicely organized and secure. The manager is very friendly and very helpful. I lost my lock and she immediately had a replacement. Highly recommend

Second using this location to store car. Good dry garages. Get a lot more in the garage than the car. Friendly management.

Gary has been exceptionally helpful throughout my journey from Texas to New England. He exerted great effort to locate the units I required in close proximity. Then, when my brother and I were able to resupply, we reduced the demand for two 10 x 20 containers to one 10 x 20 container and one smaller unit.

This is a fantastic facility and Laura, the manager, is AMAZING. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. Acton Self Storage is the best!

New construction, warm and secure.

We've been storing our travel trailer with Acton Self Storage for 2 years now, and Gary has always helped us out and make sure we got a spot that worked for our rig!

The Acton Self Storage facility is extremely clean and well-lit. Multiple levels of security gives you a good sens that the belongs are well-protected

Since David took over as manager of Acton self storage the customer service has been 100% awesome I would like to say I would recommend Acton shop storage to anybody who is looking for storage David can help you over there with great customer service and save you a lot of money

Great van renting experience.

My wife rented a storage unit today and she was super impressed with the cleanliness of the hallways, elevator, and the storage unit, itself. She also said that David was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering her the opportunity to look at the units to see if the size was right for our needs. (Pro tip: check their web site for promotions to save some cash.) Highly recommend.

Staff here is great

This is a well run storage facility. This site is undergoing some expansion (Fall 2018) so getting around the parking lot can be a little challenging sometimes but soon this should not be an issue. They have climate controlled indoor units as well has units accessible from outside. The indoor structure is always clean and there is plenty of equipment to help you move items in or out. The staff is great and always helpful. The indoor facility has security code access from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm but I believe the outdoor units are accessible 24x7.

The manager was great. I called in an order of moving supplies over the phone and by the time I got there the manager had all the boxed ready for me to go. Great service!
